Brianna Maurer is the owner and head Behavorist Trainer. She started “All Ears Petcare” at 22 years old while finishing her Bachelor's in Finance at the University of Washington Tacoma. There she had been welcomed onto the club team for Collegiate Powerlifting. She competed on the women’s team for two Collegiate Nationals and a total of four local powerlifting meets in a span of three years. Six total competitions while building her business and endurance with her dog walking “side gig”. At 24 years old, she took it full-time through dog walking and sitting while competing in USAPL Regionals 2019 Powerlifting Competition. She took first place in her weight class. Ending with Personal Records (PRs) in all three lifts. Squat 275 lbs, Bench 135 lbs, and Deadlift 361 lbs. All at a body weight of 125 lbs. By this time she covered all of Pierce County. Mainly based out of downtown Tacoma, WA, where you can find her currently.
Powerlifting is an individual strength sport measured on the foundational 3 complex movements: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. USAPL is the strictest federation for banned substances. At the age of 23, she was 18th in her weight class at the Raw Collegiate level (a requirement for being a full-time college student and under the age of 25.)
Brianna credits her strength to her holistic approach blended with her data analysis background.
“I began lifting to become strong enough to pass the Firefighter’s physical test for the volunteer program. I have had the desire to serve my community and follow in my family’s legacy since I can remember.” Then with her business background, she continued to freelance in helping small businesses scale.
“Powerlifting taught me about the power of consistency, dedication, and intention. We must be intentional with the time we put into our interests, studies, and our own growth. Physical, mental, and spiritual. I am an advocate of wellness not only for your fur babies, ourselves, and our communities. Living well starts at home.” - Brianna
