I offer long term solutions to your everyday pet’s needs.
2 out of 3 owner surrenders are due to common behavior problems…that are fixable!
Brianna’s background
Growing up, my family collected many pets, including dogs, cats, birds, goats, ponies, and chickens. I was drawn to caring for our various pets. I started taming kittens at 13 years old and partnered with a local feline rescue to help rehome cats for three years. I love an animal’s compassion.
In 2017, I started dog walking part-time while finishing up my Bachelor's in Business from the University of Washington Tacoma. In 2019, I grew my petcare clients to full time and found a need to work with medium to big dogs = German Shepherds, Huskies, Pitbull mixes, Alaskan Malamute, Australian Shepherds, Bulldogs, Cattle dogs, and more!
A dog with clear boundaries is a happy dog.
I started mentoring under trainers with 10- and 13- years of experience in the Tacoma area. Coming from UWT has taught me the importance of collaboration and community over competition.
In 2020, I pivoted to dog training, offering puppy kindergarten and select reactive aggression cases. Currently, I am a member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers, an association dedicated to using science-backed training methods to safely create the dog of your dreams and increase the dog-owner bond. There are just under 6,000 members who range in knowledge areas and are open to educate.
In 2023, All Ears Petcare was rewarded first place in the Pet Training category for Best of South Sound by the Olympian. A community-driven campaign to recognize over 500 categories of small businesses. With over 168,000 community votes, the top 3 of each category were selected. It is an honor to be received.
I strive to continue seeking ongoing education, mentors, and the best for my clients. If we’re not seeing progress, we will adjust tools to find the right approach (all positive reinforcement).
In the future, I would love to train my dog for therapy and help families find their service dogs. I see myself assisting rescues and educating on behavior problems.
Pawsitively,
Bri
